My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychotherapy and medication management. I treat a number of mental health disorders and life stressors, and provide a safe place for you discuss your thoughts and feelings. My areas of specialization include eating disorders, food and body image concerns, anxiety disorders, depression, and life transitions.

My focus is to work together with you to help you to heal from past struggles and challenges, become aware of your inner strengths, and pursue an embodied, full life. We will achieve this together by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan based on your input and preferences. We are a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size (HAES)-aligned practice, which seeks to provide a safe space for people of all body shapes and sizes.
